1. Payment Method

We operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.

You pay for your order only when it is delivered to your address. Please prepare the exact amount to avoid delays.

2. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS or WhatsApp.

Please double-check your contact information and delivery address before confirming.

3. Delivery Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.

Most deliveries are completed within 1 day. In case of courier delays, delivery may take up to 3 days maximum.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this period, your order will be processed and shipped.

5. Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery without valid reason or fail to respond to our confirmation attempts, your address may be blacklisted from future COD purchases.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of streetwear drops and limited inventory, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
If there's a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

7. Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we’ll inform you immediately and issue a full cancellation if needed.

8. Privacy

Your personal data (name, phone, and address) is only used to fulfill and deliver your order. We do not share your information with third parties.
